This website is operated by Cenit Solutions LLC (“Cenit”, “we”), with teams in Miami, US and Buenos Aires, Argentina. For anything related to your data, write to hello@cenitsolutions.io.

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Careers form: your full name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, country (optional) and the position you are interested in.
• Usage data: aggregate information about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser), collected through Google Analytics as described below.

• To reply to your message or evaluate your application.
• To keep in touch: the email address (and name) you submit through either form is added to our website contact list, which we may use to send occasional updates from Cenit. You can ask to be removed at any time.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse.

• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox and stores our contact list.
• Google Analytics 4 measures site usage. It runs in Consent Mode: until you accept analytics cookies in the banner, it only sends cookieless, aggregate pings. If you accept, analytics cookies are set. We never enable advertising storage or personalization.
• Google reCAPTCHA checks that form submissions come from a person. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply.
• Vercel hosts the site and processes standard request logs (such as IP address and browser) to serve and secure it.

We set analytics cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner; declining does not affect how the site works. Google reCAPTCHA, which loads with our forms, may set its own cookies to tell people from bots. Your cookie choice and your theme preference (light or dark) are stored in your browser's local storage. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up on your request. Applications are kept for as long as they are relevant to our recruiting. You stay on the contact list until you ask to be removed.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to remove you from our contact list, by writing to hello@cenitsolutions.io. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We do not sell your personal information.
